A generational transition is taking place at the family-owned Inka Oy and its subsidiary Manilla Oy. Manu Heinämäki has been appointed as the new CEO, effective September 1st 2026.

Manu has worked at Inka since 2022. During his time with the company, he has worked as Sales Manager and, for the past three years, as Factory Manager. These roles have provided him with a comperhensive understanding of the company’s operations, customers, and production processes.

The current CEO, Sirpa Heinämäki, will continue with Inka as Sales Manager.
